Arts Alive Drama Festival

The 2020 Arts Alive Drama Festival will provide an opportunity for public schools across Metropolitan North schools to showcase the outstanding work achieved by students and staff. 

Students will benefit from an excellent performance venue and be enthused through interaction with other drama students. It provides teachers with a platform to promote the arts as a vital part of the school curriculum.

Improvisation, movement, mime, storytelling, readers’ theatre, puppetry, mask and play building are eligible genres to audition with for the festival.

Closing dates: 

Nominations due: Friday 20 March 2020

Auditions due: Tuesday 2 June 2020 (Week 6, Term 2).  Further information to be provided following nomination.

Rehearsal dates:     

Monday 27 July - Thursday 30 July 2020

Performance dates: 

Tuesday 28 July - Thursday 30 July 2020

Shows start at 7:0pm each evening.
