South Coast Music Camp

The South Coast Music Camp consists of a 4 day, 3 night residential camp for NSW public schools students in Year 5 to Year 10 at The Tops Conference Centre, Stanwell Tops. The camp welcomes players from any instrumental family, including voice. 

The camp will provide large and small ensembles, individual tuition and performance opportunities for students during the camp. Ensembles will be coordinated and staffed by highly skilled and dedicated teachers from within the Department of Education supported by industry professionals.

The operation of this program is contingent on advice provided by the NSW Department of Education in consultation with NSW Health. All activities will adhere to the DoE COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.

2021 dates

Applications for the 2021 South Coast Music Camp are now opened.

Camp dates:              
Monday 13 September to Thursday 16 September 2021 (Term 3 Week 10)

Applicants     

Camp participants - open to students in Years 5 to 10.
We welcome players from any instrumental family, including voice.

Student mentors – Open to Year 11 and 12 students from NSW public schools. We welcome mentors from any instrumental family, including voice.

Cost                  

Camp participants $500 per student (DoE)
$550 per student (non DoE).
A minimum $250 deposit must be paid upon application. 
Balance of fees due by Friday 13 August 2021 (Term 3 Week 5)
Please note that nominations will only be opened to non-DoE students if placements are available from the beginning of Term 3.
This cost includes accommodation, all meals, camp t-shirt and music.

Student mentors $350 per student (DoE only).
A minimum $250 deposit must be paid upon application. 
Balance of fees due by Friday 13 August 2021 (Term 3 Week 5)
