Western NSW Concert Band Workshops

Western NSW Concert Band Workshops are being held in 2021 to replace the Western NSW Band & Vocal Camp and Tour.

Led by professional tutors and experienced conductors, the program involves a series of two-day workshops consisting of large concert band and smaller tutorial sessions, bringing specialised skills to country NSW students.

Bandlink caters for concert band instrumentalists (along with bass guitarists who read notation) of all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Interested public school students from Year 5 to 12 are eligible to apply. It is expected that all students who register will be accepted, unless maximum numbers are reached.

The operation of this program is contingent on advice provided by the NSW Department of Education in consultation with NSW Health. All activities will adhere to the DoE COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.
